We are pleased to announce the launch of following Virtual Mobility Grants for PCPSCE:

CA23137-VM-2025-Management-Social-Media

Management of the PCPSCE-Social Media Channels

The objective of this VM grant is the management of the PCPSCE-Social Media
Channels. This task requires a native speaker of English or a candidate who is perfectly
fluent in English. Familiarity with social media strategies and digital communication
tools is essential to effectively manage and grow the project’s online presence.

CA23137-VM-2025-Visual-Identity-Kit

Development of the PCPSCE-Visual Identity Kit

The aim of this VM grant is to create the PCPSce Visual Identity Kit. This involves
developing a cohesive visual concept for the CA and requires skills in Canva,
PowerPoint, and MS Office, along with a good eye for design and familiarity with social
media strategies and digital communication tools.

CA23137-VM-2025-Zotero-Management

Development and Editorial Management of the Zotero Bibliographic
Database

The aim of this VM grant is to develop and structure a Zotero database for the
systematic collection of bibliographical data to support the Compendium. This task
involves creating a coherent and functional concept aligned with the overall goals of
the CA. It requires strong bibliographical knowledge, experience with Zotero’s features
and citation management, as well as basic programming or technical skills to ensure
the database is both usable and scalable. Editorial precision and an understanding of
metadata standards are essential to ensure the quality and consistency of the
collected data.

CA23137-VM-2025-Digital-Strategy

Editorial Management of Zotero Digital Resources Database and Support in Digital Strategy Implementation

The purpose of this VM grant is to manage the PCPSCE-Zotero Database of Digital Resources and to support the implementation and dissemination of the Action’s digital strategy developed by WG2. The position requires proven experience with Zotero’s functionalities and citation management, strong editorial skills and attention to metadata standards, ensuring the quality and consistency of collected data as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, the candidate will provide organizational support for the Vienna Hackathon.
